1 General Terms & Conditions and Contractual Basis

By using the Khelo Legend website or registering an account, you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions. 2 Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account on Khelo Legend, you must meet the following requirements:

• Each individual may operate one account only.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful and accurate.
• If multiple accounts are operated from the same device, IP address, or by members of the same household, all accounts may be closed.
• For large withdrawals, you may be required to submit a photo ID (NID or passport) along with a photo.

3 Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on Khelo Legend are handled securely and transparently. Key payment-related terms are outlined below:

• The mobile number used for deposit and the account holder's name must belong to the same person.
• Minimum deposit via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket is ৳200.
• Minimum withdrawal is ৳500. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same number used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes to 6 hours.
• Khelo Legend applies its own exchange rate for currency conversions.

Under its anti-money laundering (AML) policy, Khelo Legend reserves the right to suspend and investigate any suspicious transactions or payments.

4 Bonuses, Promotions & Offers

Khelo Legend regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers. Before using them, please review the terms below:

• Each bonus can only be claimed once — multiple claims from the same person, household, or device are not allowed.
• The welcome bonus applies to your first deposit only.
• Before withdrawing bonus funds, the required rollover (typically 15× the bonus amount) must be completed.
• If you withdraw before completing the rollover requirement, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited.
• Bets placed with bonus funds may be subject to a minimum match odds requirement (typically 1.50 or above).

5 Betting Rules

When placing bets on Khelo Legend, the following rules must be followed:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed — unless the event is cancelled or suspended.
• If an event is cancelled, the original bet amount will be refunded.
• Bets placed at pre-match odds remain valid even if those odds change before the match begins.
• Exploiting technical glitches or incorrect odds is strictly prohibited. Khelo Legend reserves the right to void any bets placed under such circumstances.
• If one selection in an accumulator bet is voided, the bet will be recalculated based on the remaining selections.

Odds change rapidly in live betting. The odds displayed at the time your bet is accepted are final.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Khelo Legend:

• Using bots, scripts, or automated software to place bets or play games.
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonuses.
• Placing bets on behalf of a third party or renting out your account.
• Intentional exploitation of system bugs or technical errors.
• Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Threatening or harassing another user.

7 Account Suspension & Closure Policy

Khelo Legend may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• At the user's own request (self-exclusion or personal reasons).
• Upon evidence of a breach of the Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification.
• After 12 consecutive months of inactivity.
• Upon receipt of a court order or directive from a regulatory authority.

For account closure requests, any remaining balance (excluding bonuses) will be paid out after settlement. If an account is closed due to a rule violation, the balance may be forfeited.

8 Limitation of Liability

Khelo Legend is not liable for the following:

• Bets missed due to internet disconnection or technical issues.
• Delays or failures caused by a third-party payment provider.
• Issues with your own device or network.
• Any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account by another person.
